My World

Depth Over Distance

Although this list spans many countries, I do not travel with the intention of “counting” them. While I can genuinely enjoy brief encounters and short stays, this is not how I plan my travels. What matters most to me is depth: time, attention, and understanding. For this reason, I treat provinces and regions of vast countries as distinct journeys. This approach is also reflected in the photographs presented below.

Travel, for me, is not a simple accumulation of places. It is a deep engagement that begins with planning, unfolds through experience, and settles into memory. It is a dancing spirit inside of my soul, one that urges me to move from place to place—making my eyes shine, drawing me into laughter with locals, leaving me breathless before a landscape, or quietly moved to tears. It sharpens the senses and sets my heart in motion long after the journey ends.
